Our team has high integrity in every area of their lives,
this includes ongoing open accountability with the team as a whole, as well as TFH Leadership.
CHEMISTRY
Each member must carry the vision and passion of The Fathers House, Tfh.org (click here)
This is carried down as the same vision for our ministry.
Our motto is: "There is no I in TEAM"
Each member must also carry a passion and dedication to help people get set free from their past,
and to equip them with the desire and tools they need to pay it forward.

Bob & Stacia Elm

Robert (Bob) Elm and his wife Stacia have been married for almost sixty years, but have also filed for divorce twice! God graciously saved their marriage and equipped them to coach others whose marriages need to be saved and/or improved. They have served as marriage mentors in their local church for more than two decades.
After thirty one years in Management at AT&T and Lucent Technologies, Bob retired and spent seven years as a Technical Consultant and then fifteen years working with his son in the pest control industry. He is now retired and enjoying the time with his wife and family. Bob and his wife have three grown children, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandson. They are especially blessed in that they are all living in Northern California. Bob has published three books on marriage that are all available on Amazon. |

Bill & Theresa Travers

Bill Travers and his wife Theresa have been married sixteen years. God placed them in The Fathers House 11 years ago; as Core Members of TFH, they are trained and equipped in Prophetic Ministry, serve on the Altar Ministry Team, are Small Group Leaders (Bicycling and Home Groups) and serve in Children’s Ministry.
Theresa is the administrative assistant in the Counseling Ministry, and actively counsels women. Bill is the Lead male Interviewer/Counselor in the Counseling Ministry, and serves as TFH Security Staff. Both are trained and are serving as assistants/group leaders for Live Free Ministry. Bill and Theresa have a passion for freeing hurting people, then releasing them to discover their true identity in Christ. Bill is an Air Force Retiree. |
Cynthia Williams

Cynthia Williams
is a core member of TFH. She has been involved in small groups for 3 years and co-leading for 2 semesters. She has also completed the 12 week course with Gayle and co-led in her 4 week course. She has 32 years of recovery and has been a lifelong seeker of truth. She has a 36 year old daughter recently married who also attends TFH. Cynthia has a passion for helping people discover the truth of who they are in Christ. She also wants to teach them how to let God heal them and to learn forgiveness towards themselves and others. |
Live Free's team is growing and now includes Sally Price, Jo Ann Moore, Carol Maciel, Bryan and Toni Walls, Alyssa Schweich, Stacey Phaneuf, Debra McCarthy, Shelly Kontogiannis, and Tereasa Tso.
